We’re proud to make jewelry you’ll reach for every day. Pieces crafted with care by our team of artisan women in Colombia, using high-quality materials that are meant to last.

To stand behind that promise, all Luca Love jewelry comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

1. Threaded Structure

All Luca Love threaded pieces (including macramé bracelets and adjustable closures) are covered for 12 months against fabrication defects in the threadwork.
This means if your macramé, knots, or closure come undone under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your piece free of charge.

2. Tarnish Protection — 18k Gold-Filled & Sterling Silver Beads

If your jewelry features 18k gold-filled or sterling silver beads, you’re also covered for 12 months against tarnishing from normal use.
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic metals that are water-friendly and designed for everyday wear, but if tarnish appears during your warranty period, we’ll repair or replace your piece.

What’s Not Covered

While we want you to wear and enjoy your Luca Love piece, some types of damage fall outside our warranty:

  • Any damage caused by improper use, such as wearing during high-impact activities, swimming, or exposing your piece to harsh chemicals.

  • Damage from accidents or abnormal conditions, such as crushing, scratching, or other extreme force.

  • Normal wear and tear on non-tarnish-covered materials: rhodium, stainless steel, and natural stones. These materials should maintain their beauty for years with proper care, but they are not covered for tarnish.

  • Lost items or damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.

What We Mean by “Normal Use”

Normal use means enjoying your jewelry while following our Care Guide bellow.
A little care goes a long way! Avoiding harsh chemicals, storing your jewelry safely, and removing it before certain activities will help keep your piece beautiful for years.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at contact@luca-love.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your claim to confirm warranty coverage.

  3. If covered, we’ll arrange for your piece to be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Jewelry Care

With proper care, your Luca Love jewelry can last for years. Since most of our bracelets are made with thread and delicate materials, a little extra love goes a long way!

How to Wear

  • Remove your jewelry before physical activities, swimming, or anything that may cause sweating.

  • Avoid contact with household chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hair products.

  • Make it the last thing you put on before heading out and the first thing you take off when you get home.

How to Store

  • Store in a dry, safe place away from moisture and direct sunlight.

  • Keep pieces separate to avoid tangling or scratching.

  • Ensure your bracelet is completely dry before storing it.

How to Clean

  • Solid Gold, Gold Filled & Sterling Silver Beads: Use a jewelry cloth to gently polish away dirt and oil. Try to avoid contact with lighter color threads to prevent staining.

  • Thread: Use mild soap and water to gently clean your bracelet. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents.

    • Lightly scrub with your fingers or a soft toothbrush if needed.

    • Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a soft towel. Do not expose your bracelet to direct sunlight while drying, as this can cause fading.
