When will my order ship?

- We typically ship our orders within 48 hours after the order is placed & then the shipping process with USPS takes between 5-7 business days.

How do I track my order?

- You will receive a confirmation email providing you with the details of your order. If you place an order, and cannot locate your confirmation email, send us a message at contact@luca-love.com

I never received my package! What can we do?

- If you checked your tracking and the status says "delivered" but nothing showed up send us an email at contact@luca-love.com Let's figure out what happened and get you your bracelets asap!

Does Luca Love offer international shipping?

- We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. Please note that shipping rates may vary for Canadian orders based on your location and order details.

How much does shipping cost?

- U.S. orders: Standard shipping is $7.00. Orders with a subtotal of $45 or more after applicable discounts qualify for free shipping.

- Canadian orders: Shipping rates may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
