When will my order ship?

- We typically ship our orders within 48 hours after the order is placed & then the shipping process with USPS takes between 2-6 business days. DHL international shipping takes 10-20 days.

How do I track my order?

- You will receive a confirmation email providing you with the details of your order. If you place an order, and cannot locate your confirmation email, send us a message at contact@luca-love.com

I never received my package! What can we do?

- If you checked your tracking and the status says "delivered" but nothing showed up send us an email at contact@luca-love.com Let's figure out what happened and get you your bracelets asap!

Does Luca Love offer International shipping?

- Yes!! We want to share the love all over the world. However, please note that Luca Love does not cover any customs charges. DHL international shipping takes 10-20 days. International shipping is an $8 flat rate.

How much does shipping cost?

- Our standard shipping in the U.S is $3.50 However if your purchase is over $30 then shipping is free! International shipping is an $8 flat rate.
