Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately so we can ship it out as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you every step of the way.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Personalized Items)
Not totally in love with your order? That’s okay—we want you to be happy. Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Since each handmade or personalized bracelet is crafted just for you, these pieces are final sale.
That said, if there’s an issue—like a defect or mistake on our end—we’ll replace or fix it at no cost. We care deeply about making it right.
