Where We Ship From
All Luca Love bracelets are handmade by artisan women in Medellín, Colombia. Once they’re complete, they’re shipped in bulk to our fulfillment team in Houston, Texas. That’s where your individual order is carefully packed and shipped to you.

Where We Ship To
We currently ship orders within the USA only, using USPS. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time
In-stock bracelets ship within 1–3 business days from Houston. Custom or limited-edition pieces may take up to 4 weeks to arrive in Houston before they can ship to you.

Delivery Time (Once Shipped)
Once your items are packed and labeled in Houston, they’re handed off to USPS. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (not guaranteed)

Please note: Expedited shipping applies after the item is shipped from Houston and doesn’t speed up artisan production or restocking time.
